This year we will be gathering Friday December 27^th thru Sunday morning, December 29^th, 2019. 

 

Preliminary Agenda:

 

Friday, December 27^th

• 3:00- 4:30 PM Leafleting at the Stimson Gate of the Base.  Do bring your Signs.  The gate is located at the end of Kings Bay Road at Spur 40;  Park at Sugar Mill Park on the left, just north of the Stimson Gate entrance.
• 4:00 Check in at your Cottage
• 6:00 -9:30 PM – Pot Luck Dinner. (Please bring your plates and silverware from your cabin.)  Dinner will be followed by a time for sharing who we are and what you’ve been doing during the year to make a more peaceful world.

 

Saturday. December 28^th:  Feast of the Holy Innocents

• 8:00 AM – Holy Innocents Prayer service. In memory of all the children whose lives are at risk due to nuclear weapons climate change, migration, child abuse, human trafficking, genocide, etc.
• 9:00 AM Breakfast in own Cottages
• 10:00 AM       Review of the hearing and trial of the Kings Bay Plowshares 7 . 
• 12:00 Lunch in own Cottages
• 1:00 PM choice: 

          A. Follow-up plans for support of the Kings Bay Plowshares 7 and monthly vigil at the base

          B. TBA

• 3:00 PM Leafleting downtown in St. Mary’s or at the Base.  Or depending on the
  weather a peaceful walk in the park.
• 6:00 PM Pot Luck Supper

Followed by our talented group of attendees with songs, poems, stories,

Sunday, December 29^th

• 7:30 AM A Time of Prayer
• 9:00 AM Gathering  – After breakfast in your cabin, we will meet to review the
  weekend and discuss future plans.  Check out is at 11:00 AM
