Prison Begins for Carmen and Martha Dec. 14

Carmen Trotta has been ordered to report to the Otisville federal prison camp near Middletown in NYS to begin serving his 14 month sentence on December 14. He has already served 7 weeks pre-trial so should be getting out in less than a year with good time. He may receive an earlier release because of the virus situation to a halfway house or home confinement. His address will be:

Martha Hennessy is also ordered to report to the federal prison in Danbury,CT on December 14 for her 10 month sentence. She also has 7 weeks served and may get out earlier as well.

Patrick O’Neill is scheduled to report to the prison in Elkton, OH on Jan 14.

Clare Grady has been told to report to Alderson, WV on Feb. 10.

Mark Colville has been given another extension for sentencing until February 19 at 10 am. He does not want to waive his right to appear in person and do a virtual sentencing and also doesn’t want to travel to Georgia from Connecticut with the virus resurgence.

Fr. Steve Kelly is still waiting in the Glynn County jail for transport to Tacoma, WA to appear for a probation violation.

Elizabeth McAlister is at home in New London, CT with family having completed her time served sentence.
